This function enables the user to make a terminological comparison between several localization project using the identical source files but different target languages. During the translation process the translator can see how the identical source phrase was translated in the other project.
Instruction to Synchronize localization projects:
Open your (two) localization projects which you want to synchronize in Visual Localize.
From the menu Window please select the menu item Tile. Visual Localize will split your screen and will display the localization projects on top of each other:

Click on the Synchronize project icon at the Standard Toolbar to synchronize the opened project files.
(To deactivate this functionality just click a second time on this icon.)
You can also activate or deactivate this functionality with the menu item Synchronize Projects in the menu View.
Click on a phrase in one of the localization projects and Visual Localize will automatically mark the corresponding source phrase in the other localization project with yellow background color.
