The Dictionary toolbar is accessible whenever the Dictionary view is activated (e.g. by opening an existing dictionary or creating a new one). All its functions can also be found in the menu Edit.
Icons (from left to right):
Create default entry:
Inserts a new entry (source and target line) which will be used as default translation at the bottom of a dictionary file.
Create exception:
Inserts an exception for the previously selected source phrase into the dictionary.
Delete entry:
Deletes a selected entry (source and target phrase) from a dictionary file.
